Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a 7-day free return policy, provided the item meets the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

Please ensure the following conditions are met before requesting a return:

  • You may request a return within 7 days from the delivery date. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging/box, including all accessories and tags.
  • Items that are opened, used, or damaged due to customer handling cannot be returned.
  • Discounted, promotional, or clearance items may not be eligible for return.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are non-refundable.

Return Pickup

  • Once your return request is approved, you will have 3 business days to hand over the item to our driver or shipping partner.
  • Return pickup is completely FREE.

Refund Processing

  • After the returned item is inspected and approved by our fulfillment team, your refund will be processed.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 10–14 business days for the refund to appear on your card, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the item is unavailable, we can issue store credit or a refund (for non-COD orders).
