Eligibility for Returns
Please ensure the following conditions are met before requesting a return:
- You may request a return within 7 days from the delivery date. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging/box, including all accessories and tags.
- Items that are opened, used, or damaged due to customer handling cannot be returned.
- Discounted, promotional, or clearance items may not be eligible for return.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are non-refundable.
Return Pickup
- Once your return request is approved, you will have 3 business days to hand over the item to our driver or shipping partner.
- Return pickup is completely FREE.
Refund Processing
- After the returned item is inspected and approved by our fulfillment team, your refund will be processed.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 10–14 business days for the refund to appear on your card, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the item is unavailable, we can issue store credit or a refund (for non-COD orders).
